How to create an auto message reply on your Facebook business page

Creating a canned Facebook Business Page Message is gold! So many times someone comes onto your business page (over at Facebook) and you can’t reply immediately. I mean, we aren’t married to our computers or phones. We do have a business to run.  So the perfect way to make them not forget about you, and feel like you are on top of your game, is to immediately reply without having to actually do it! Here’s how.  Go to your Facebook business page.  Click “Settings” and click “Messages”.  Go to the “Response Assistant”. Draft up a clever response that let’s them know you haven’t forgot about them & also provide them a resource while they are waiting.  This could be your FREEBIE to your newsletter such as “What to expect when booking with your studio”. The benefit of this is that you now have captured their email & can ensure you get in front of them again.
