FACEBOOK 20% TEXT RULE IS DEAD, LONG LIVE 20% TEXT RULE

While checking to see if an image complied with the 20% rule using the Facebook grid tool, I discovered that the tool no longer exists.  I was redirected to this help page which informed me of Facebook’s relaxation of their policy for using text in images for advertising.
