Joker impersonator who said he was ‘planning on killing a bunch of people’ was just joking, fans say

Jeremy Garnier, 51, was kicked out of a Missouri mall for wearing face paint and later arrested for making terrorist threats at a music venue. The stunt was supposedly intended to raise awareness about the opioid crisis.
